Amman: The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) announced the suspension of all electronic services starting from midnight tonight, with the exception of business license renewal services and traffic violation services, until the opening of the accounts for the new 2026 fiscal year.
According to Jordan News Agency, the suspension is part of the municipality's routine process to transition into the new fiscal year. The temporary halt in services will allow for necessary adjustments and updates in the system to accommodate the upcoming financial requirements and changes.
The GAM assured citizens that essential services like business license renewals and traffic violation services will remain accessible during this period. The municipality emphasizes the importance of this transition phase to ensure that the new fiscal year operations commence smoothly and efficiently.
