Amman: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi on Tuesday received a phone call from South African Minister of International Relations and Cooperation Ronald Lamola.
According to Jordan News Agency, the two ministers discussed prospects for developing bilateral relations and increasing economic cooperation. The conversation focused on enhancing the partnership between the two countries, with an emphasis on exploring new areas for collaboration in various sectors to boost economic ties.
The duo also went over the region's situation, particularly developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied West Bank, and efforts to achieve regional security and stability. The ministers shared views on the current challenges facing the region and discussed possible initiatives to promote peace and security.
