A Ramadan evening in Ibb province, headed by governor Abdulwahed Salah, has discussed topics related to local and service affairs and ways to enhance the factors of steadfastness. The evening reviewed the work and activities carried out in several service sectors and the tasks that must be taken to meet the needs of the province, especially with regard to the completion of service and development projects. It touched on the difficulties facing the performance of the executive office branches and districts and a package of handlings was taken to enhance performance and make local development plans and programs successful. Participants discussed the role relied on by all segments of society in light of the current circumstances to contribute to enhancing performance, implementing plans and programmes, enhancing community cohesion and maintaining security and stability in the province. Governor of Ibb pointed out the importance of everyone feeling responsible for improving the provinces' service and developm ent conditions and addressing citizens' issues, stressing that everyone's performance will be evaluated and the principle of reward and punishment will be applied. Salah urged everyone to strengthen their role and continue their efforts in meeting the needs of citizens, addressing any imbalances, developing performance, and adhering to tasks, competencies, laws and regulations. Governor Salah stressed the need to stand firmly against any wrong practices targeting the nation and the citizen. Salah directed the executive offices to redouble efforts and activate the monitoring and evaluation process in a way that enables the local authority to overcome the challenges resulting from the aggression and siege, and provide basic services to citizens. He expressed his pride of the revolutionary leadership and its sincere standing by the Palestinian people despite the leaders of the Arab countries disavowing this position. Source: Yemen News Agency
