Environment Minister participates in Global Land Forum

Minister of Environment, Muawieh Radaideh, took part in the panel discussion that was held on the sidelines of the 9th triannual Global Land Forum (GLF) at the Dead Sea.

Attended by Minister of Agriculture Khaled Hneifat, the panel discussed partnership for comprehensive climate solutions, building trust and communication for shared prosperity.

The launch ceremony saw wide participation from official institutions and civil society. The panel will discuss key issues related to the land and the impact of climate change, women’s empowerment and their rights and youth empowerment.

The three-day forum is organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and held in cooperation with the International Earth Alliance and SEEDS Jordan and supported by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).
