Amman: The Electronic Health Solutions (EHS), in partnership with the Ministry of Health, has launched a comprehensive field awareness campaign in Amman titled "Your Medicines Delivered to Your Doorstep." The initiative aims to inform patients about the services available through the "My Hakeem" application to enhance their treatment experience with e-services.
According to Jordan News Agency, the campaign commenced at the beginning of this month and will run until December 31. It targets a broad range of health facilities linked to the Ministry of Health, especially Al-Bashir and Al-Tutunji Hospitals, alongside an extensive network of comprehensive health centers in Amman.
The primary objective of the campaign is to reduce overcrowding in Jordan's healthcare facilities and save patients time and effort. It aims to familiarize them with the registration process for the "My Hakeem" application and guide them on how to request home delivery of their recurring monthly medications.
EHS CEO, Omar Ayesh, remarked that the campaign symbolizes the partnership between the company and the Ministry of Health, demonstrating their commitment to digitizing the Kingdom's healthcare sector and enhancing patient experiences. Ayesh noted that the "My Hakeem" app is a tool for patient empowerment, and the medication delivery service is a step towards reducing waiting times and improving service efficiency in healthcare facilities.
The campaign involves 42 university graduate volunteers working on-site at healthcare facilities to assist patients in downloading the "My Hakeem" app, creating accounts, and explaining its services.
