Education ministry exempts underprivileged Tawjihi students from exam fees

A number of groups of General Secondary Education Certificate Examination (Tawjihi) regular students in Jordan’s public and private schools have been exempted from Tawjihi registration fees, Ministry of Education announced.

The decision, according to a ministry circular issued on Sunday, said the categories included offspring of injured personnel of Jordan Armed Forces (JAF)- Arab Army, with severe physical disabilities, in addition to beneficiaries of National Aid Fund (NAF) and students who were unable to sit the exam, in implementation of the health Covid-19 protocol.

In its circular, the ministry asked to the beneficiary students of the aforementioned categories, to submit official documents proving their condition to their respective Directorate of Education.
