Dr. Bin Habtoor meets members of preparing team social justice statistics framework

Caretaker Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor confirmed that paying attention to statistical work at the level of all state institutions is one of the essential factors for the success of their planning work and determining indicators of their future work. Dr. Bin Habtoor, during his meeting today,Monday, with members of the joint work team from the Central office of Statistics and UNICEF charged with preparing the social justice statistics framework, directed all relevant ministries to cooperate with the preparation team and provide them with data to update the information and thus develop indicators properly at the level of each of the targeted agencies. Dr. Bin Habtoor listened to an explanation from the Head of the Indicators Unit at the Central office of Statistics, Khaled Saad, and the Social Protection Officer at UNICEF, Hanan Al-Mudhawi, about the project that the agency will implement in cooperation with UNICEF. They explained that the project aims to update the database in the Central Bureau of Statistics related to the subject of social justice, in order to help the agency analyze data according to sound inputs and develop specific indicators for the various concerned and relevant authorities to develop their plans in a sound manner.
