Discussing mechanism for removing random appearances on main roads & entrances in Sana’a


A meeting in Sana’a province discussed today,Sunday, the mechanism for removing stalls and random appearances in markets, main roads and entrances to the province.

The meeting, which included province Advisor Abdullah Al-Marouni, the directors of the Cleaning and Improvement Fund, Fahd Attia, Traffic Colonel Muhammad Al-Mansour, District Ahmed Rajeh, Hamdan Directorate, Gibran Gobar, and the Acting Director of Works, Engineer Muhammad Ashafa, reviewed the implementation plan and the parties concerned with implementing the timetable for initiating the removal of random stalls and preventing obstruction. Traffic movement in the streets, main lines and targeted markets, to reduce traffic congestion.

The meeting also touched on the problems caused by the increasing spread of stalls on sidewalks, traffic routes and main markets, and the importance of strengthening control efforts and implementing measures against violators, and searching for alternative locations for vendors and stalls far from the main lines an
d in a way that ensures that they do not spread again.

The attendees decided to quickly begin work on implementing the mechanism for removing illegal stands , sales boxes and removing slums that impede the movement of vehicles on highways, to reduce traffic congestion, and work to organize markets.
