The number of Palestinians killed by the ongoing Israeli military operations in Gaza has risen to at least 43, including 15 children and four women, with more than 311 wounded.
The Ministry of Health in the besieged enclave reported that among the victims were three children who were all brothers and four cousins, in addition to two brothers from another family.
