Davos: His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II met with European Investment Bank (EIB) President Nadia Calvi±o to discuss expanding cooperation for projects in Jordan. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum.
According to Jordan News Agency, the Crown Prince expressed appreciation for EIB's support, highlighting the importance of the Aqaba-Amman Water Desalination and Conveyance project. His Royal Highness also engaged with CEOs, founders, and representatives of global companies to explore cooperation and expertise exchange, aiming to boost economic and investment growth and enhance digital skills among Jordanians.
The meetings emphasized Jordan's investment advantages, including technical infrastructure services and training programs that equip young people with necessary technical and technological skills for the job market. The discussions were attended by Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Zeina Toukan, Minister of Investment Tareq Abu Ghazaleh, and Director of the Office of the Crown Prince Zaid Baqain.
