Additionally, he personally concentrated on recording and conserving the Jordanian story.
According to Jordan News Agency, His Highness held seven meetings in 2025 to discuss the advancement of Jordan's use of cutting-edge technology and how to use it to deliver government services. He met with young people who were following in Al-Hussein's footsteps, honored creative high school graduates, met with economic leaders, visited the Jordanian pavilion in Osaka, Japan, and spoke with world leaders about everything related to humanitarian issues worldwide.
His Highness the Crown Prince monitored the execution of future technology-related plans, initiatives, and activities in 2025. He emphasized the necessity of implementing new and high-quality projects that keep up with the technology sector's future, benefiting the country's economy. This includes data management, digital transformation, development of technical human resources, and the expansion of the use of artificial intelligence.
As part of the National Council for Future Technology's efforts, the Jordanian Digital Health Center was opened in the Qasaba Al-Salt neighborhood. The center includes computerized units for telemedicine, dialysis, imaging, and critical care, aiming to close the gap in medical specialties and save patients time and effort.
The Future Forum 2025, hosted in collaboration with the World Economic Forum in Amman, aimed to advance technology use in critical areas that benefit citizens and boost economic growth. Approximately 100 experts and specialists in information technology, as well as representatives from large international technology corporations, participated in the forum.
His Highness also inaugurated Aqaba Digital City, one of the largest data centers and digital infrastructure complexes in the area, marking Jordan's first integrated digital project. The facility includes the Kingdom's largest data center, equipped to handle artificial intelligence.
In his continuous engagement with the populace, His Highness met with officials and delegates from the Tafila Governorate, emphasizing the importance of recording the Jordanian narrative with citizen involvement. He also presided over a meeting focused on cleanliness and reducing careless trash disposal, stressing that maintaining public space cleanliness is a moral and religious obligation.
The Crown Prince met with the winners of the second Al Hussein bin Abdullah II Award for Voluntary Work, commending their contributions to society. The award encourages social responsibility and recognizes exceptional volunteer work that benefits communities and promotes sustainable development.
His Highness participated in the economic modernization vision workshops, emphasizing the importance of the communications and information technology sector. He highlighted the need for collaboration between the public and private sectors to boost economic growth and provide employment opportunities for the youth.
The Cybersecurity Advancement, Innovation, and Technology Conference and Exhibition (C8) 2025 was sponsored by His Highness, covering the latest advancements in cybersecurity and strategies for international collaboration in the digital realm.
His Highness also oversaw the opening of the Government Services Center in Madaba Governorate, providing 118 services from 24 government agencies. He emphasized the expansion plan to create government service centers across all governorates and the importance of accessible e-government services.
In 2025, His Highness stressed the importance of creating a tourist sector action plan and investing in wellness tourism destinations. He also emphasized the need to improve Aqaba's development, tourism, and investment environments.
The Crown Prince inaugurated the Aqaba National Vocational Training Complex, highlighting its role in training youth for the labor market and strengthening partnerships with economic sectors.
Throughout 2025, His Highness promoted Jordan internationally, emphasizing its value, leadership, and participation in global humanitarian issues. He took part in the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, to discuss productivity and skill development in the era of artificial intelligence.
His Royal Highness engaged in discussions with international leaders, including the President of Singapore, the Lord Mayor of London, and the Turkish President, focusing on economic and technological cooperation.
The Crown Prince visited the Jordanian pavilion at World Expo 2025 Osaka, Japan, commending the efforts of the young Jordanians managing the pavilion, which showcases Jordan's tourist, natural, and historical sites.
