The Specialized Criminal Court of First Instance in the Capital Sana’a on Wednesday approved the publication in an official newspaper of accused Mohammad al-Jarmozi, for insulting judiciary.
The court, in its session chaired by Judge Muhammad al-Sufyani, instructed the Public Prosecution Office to implement the publishing decision, as the accused is a fugitive from justice.
It decided to postpone it for a month to complete the trial procedures in accordance with the law.
In its previous session, the court instructed the Security and Intelligence Service to arrest al-Jarmozi, who was accused, along with others, for publicly insulting a public employee because of his judicial position, and they attributed to him hurtful facts by publishing video clips on the Internet.
