Amman:CRIF Jordan has entered into a strategic agreement with Qudra Automotive Trading, the official Isuzu dealer, to provide comprehensive credit information services. This initiative aims to enhance customer credit assessments and bolster risk management in vehicle financing.
According to Jordan News Agency, the agreement was formalized by Ahmad Amoudi, General Manager of CRIF Jordan, and Khaled Alayan, a representative of Qudra. This move is part of CRIF's broader strategy to expand its footprint in the automotive sector and promote data-driven decision-making in commerce.
The agreement grants Qudra access to CRIF Jordan's credit inquiry services. This access will enable Qudra to meticulously review customers' credit histories and records of returned cheques. Such information is crucial for evaluating applications for vehicle purchases, particularly those financed through Qudra's in-house installment plans.
These services are designed to assist Qudra in assessing customer creditworthiness, identifying potential repayment risks, and making informed decisions regarding financing and sales. This partnership aligns with CRIF Jordan's mission to extend credit information services across various economic sectors and encourage the adoption of effective credit assessment and risk management practices.
Amoudi highlighted that this agreement represents a significant advancement in CRIF's initiative to expand its services and integrate reliable credit information into commercial decision-making processes. He stressed the importance of accessing credit histories and returned-cheque records for evaluating financial behavior prior to entering sales or financing agreements, which supports accurate risk assessments and enhances credit decision efficiency.
Amoudi further emphasized that the broader adoption of credit information services could lead to improved business practices, increased confidence in commercial transactions, and contribute to the national economy's growth.
