Amman: Interior Minister Mazen Faraya on Monday inaugurated the express service office at the Civil Status and Passports Department, which was upgraded with support from Zain Jordan.
According to Jordan News Agency, the inauguration ceremony was attended by the department's Director General Ghaith Al-Tayeb and CEO of Zain Jordan, Fahd Al-Jassem. The minister emphasized the importance of the upgrade of the express service office to meet rising needs and improve the quality of service.
The Express Service Office's performance should focus on enhancing customer experience and providing a more organized and efficient service to fulfill the aspiration for modern and effective government services, Faraya stated. He commended Zain for its role in the upgrade, which aims to create a smoother workflow that saves time and effort for service recipients.
Al-Tayeb explained that the office provides various services throughout the week, including official holidays and late hours, allowing citizens to obtain their documents at their convenience. Zain expressed that its support for the office is part of its social responsibility and a commitment to strengthening partnerships with public sector institutions through contributions to the development of government facilities, directly improving services to the public.
