CID Investigators Recover JD93,000 Stolen from Factory- PSD

Amman: The Public Security Directorate (PSD) announced the successful recovery of JD93,000 that had been stolen from a factory located south of Amman. The recovery operation was conducted by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).

According to Jordan News Agency, the PSD’s spokesperson revealed that the theft involved JD102,000, which was taken from a safe within the facility. Following the report of the crime, an investigation team was formed to track down the culprits.

The team utilized evidence and intelligence gathering to identify three suspects. The spokesperson confirmed that all suspects have been taken into custody. During interrogation, they confessed to orchestrating the break-in during the night and stealing the money from the safe.

Investigators managed to recover JD93,000 of the stolen amount, while efforts to trace the remaining funds are still underway. The investigation remains active as authorities work to resolve the case fully.
