Book in Amharic Translating the Meaning of the Holy Quran Printed by King Fahd Complex

The King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran in Madinah issued a new book with translations of the meaning of the Holy Quran into Amharic, one of the official languages in Ethiopia, spoken mainly in the central Ethiopian highlands by about 18 million people.

The endeavor is part of the series of programs carried out by the complex with the support of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH the Crown Prince, entailing translating the meaning of the Holy Quran into foreign languages to facilitate its understanding by non-Arabic speakers.

Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance and General Supervisor of the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif Al Al-Sheikh said it is important to increase efforts to deliver high-standard copies of the Holy Quran and translations of its meaning to Muslims everywhere.
