Aviation Authority closes Jordan’s airspace in honor of Silver Jubilee celebration

Amman: In an announcement sent on Saturday to businesses operating in and out of the Kingdom and utilizing its airspace, the Civil Aviation Regulatory Authority (CARA) stated that due to air show arrangements, commercial aviation traffic will be suspended from 5:30 to 7:30 pm today in honor of the occasion of the Silver Jubilee event of His Majesty King Abdullah II's assumption of his constitutional powers.
