Amman: The Southern Military Zone successfully thwarted two attempts to smuggle narcotics using drones along its western front early Tuesday. This operation was conducted in coordination with military security agencies and the Anti-Narcotics Department.
According to Jordan News Agency, Border Guard forces applied rules of engagement upon detecting the drones, successfully bringing them down within Jordanian territory. The seized narcotics were subsequently handed over to the relevant authorities for further processing.
