Arab Potash Company and Chinese Ambassador Explore Enhanced Investment Cooperation

Amman: Arab Potash Company (APC) Board of Directors Chairman Shehadah Abu Hdaib and CEO Maen Nsour engaged in discussions with Chinese Ambassador to Jordan Guo Wei about the prospects of enhancing joint investment cooperation with their strategic Chinese partner, State Development and Investment Group Co. (SDIC).

According to Jordan News Agency, the meeting focused on the successful partnership between APC and SDIC, which is regarded as a model for international investment in Jordan's mining sector. The discussions also covered future cooperation opportunities and strategies to strengthen APC's presence in global markets, especially in China, which is a key market for the company's products.

Abu Hdaib highlighted the existing partnership as a successful example of long-term strategic collaboration built on mutual trust and shared interests. He emphasized that the partnership with SDIC is crucial for supporting APC's strategic goals and enhancing its growth potential, contributing significantly to the national economy.

The partnership is viewed as part of a broader economic cooperation framework between Jordan and China, considering APC's international presence and its strategic role in the mining sector.
