The Arab Parliament on Monday underlined the importance of the Council of Arab Economic Unity’s role in enhancing economic integration and trade ties in the Arab region.
Arab Parliament Speaker Adel Al Asoomi said during a meeting with Council of Arab Economic Unity Secretary general Muhammadi Ahmed Al-Ni and President of the Arab Union of Investment and Real Estate Development Ahmad Al Sudain that Arab economic integration is a ‘top priority’ at a time when economic blocs are considered as the cornerstone of the global economic system.
