Amman: The Arab League issued a strong condemnation of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s recent comments about annexing parts of Arab territories to create “Greater Israel.” The organization labeled these remarks as a direct threat to regional security and stability.
According to Jordan News Agency, the Arab League’s statement emphasized that Netanyahu’s comments challenge international law and legitimacy. The organization accused the Israeli leader of harboring expansionist intentions and promoting an extremist viewpoint rooted in colonial ambitions.
The Arab League urged the international community, especially the UN Security Council, to take immediate responsibility and respond firmly to these extremist statements. The League warned that such remarks could destabilize the region and increase animosity towards Israel.
