Amman: The Arab International Expo (FDFW), focusing on Furniture, Decorations, Furnishings, Finishing, and the Wood Industry, commenced at the Jordan International Exhibition Center (JIEC), showcasing the contributions of over 50 local, Arab, and international companies. The expo is set to run until August 22.
According to Jordan News Agency, the event was inaugurated by Dana Al-Zoubi, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply, who represented the minister. It is being held at Mecca Mall and organized by Silver Elite Project Management Company in collaboration with the Arab Union of International Exhibitions and Conferences.
Mamdouh Al-Jarrah, Secretary-General of the Union, emphasized that the exhibition is part of initiatives aimed at enhancing Jordan’s international exhibition sector. This sector has increasingly attracted Arab and international companies interested in forming strategic partnerships with Jordanian firms or investing directly in local projects.
Al-Jarrah also noted that the significant participation of Jordanian companies underscores their economic and industrial importance, as well as their role in providing high-quality local products to the Jordanian market.
