Ambassador Maaytah Presents Credentials to King of Thailand

Bangkok: Ambassador Ismail Maaytah presented his credentials to King Maha Vajiralongkorn of Thailand as the non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the Kingdom of Thailand in a ceremony at Dusit Palace in Bangkok.

According to Jordan News Agency, during the ceremony, Ambassador Maaytah conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Abdullah II to the Thai monarch and extended his wishes for further progress and prosperity to the people of Thailand.

King Vajiralongkorn reciprocated by asking the envoy to convey his greetings to His Majesty King Abdullah II, along with his hopes for progress and prosperity for the people of Jordan. He also expressed a desire to strengthen the bilateral relations between the two nations across a range of fields.

The event was attended by numerous senior officials from both the Royal Palace and the Thai Foreign Ministry.
