Al-Musawi meets OCHA office in Yemen acting director

The Acting Governor of Taiz, Ahmed Amin Al-Masawi, discussed today with the Acting Director of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs "OCHA" in Yemen, Tariq Talahma, and the team accompanying him, the humanitarian situation in the province.

The meeting discussed the Undersecretary of the province, Ismail Sharaf Al-Din, and the Director of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, Osama Al-Qatbari, about the Ocha interventions in the province and ways to implement projects and programs that alleviate the suffering of citizens in light of the aggression and the siege.

Al-Masawi touched on the problems in the field of water in Taiz province and supported efforts to treat water fields to reach the best results through technicians and specialists in this field.

The Acting Director of the OCHA Office in Yemen spoke about the humanitarian situation in Taiz province , ways to develop partnership and provide some humanitarian requirements in the areas of water, health and shelter.
