Al-Houthi, Al-Sama’i and Ibn Habtour offer their condolences to family of deceased Qasim Salam


Members of the Supreme Political Council, Muhammad Ali Al-Houthi and Major General Sultan Al-Sama’i, along with the head of the caretaker government, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtour, today offered their condolences to the family of the deceased fighter Qasim Salam Al-Sharbaji, Secretary General of the Baath Party, Qatar, Yemen, and former Minister of Tourism.

During their visit to the late man’s house, along with the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the caretaker government, Engineer Hisham Sharaf, Al-Houthi, Al-Sama’i and Ibn Habtoor renewed their condolences and sympathy to the wife of the deceased, poet Balqis Al-Hadrani, and the rest of the family members.

Everyone praised the deceased’s patriotic stances and his struggle as a patriotic and nationalist politician who had important political roles during the last period and a prominent presence at the level of the Arab world.

They stressed that the country lost a national, political and social figure who had a positive and influential presence in serving the un
ity of the national ranks and giving priority to the language of dialogue between the political parties.

The poet Al-Hadrani expressed her thanks and gratitude to Al-Houthi, Al-Sami’i, Ibn Habtoor, and Sharaf, on her behalf, and to the rest of the family for the visit
