Abha is set to host the qualification matches for the 10th group of the AFC U-23 Cup “Qatar 2024,” taking place from September 6 to 12. The participating national teams include Lebanon, Cambodia, Mongolia, and the Saudi national team.
The participating teams are expected to arrive in Abha on Monday. A coordination and technical meeting, along with a press conference featuring the coaches of the four teams, is scheduled for next Tuesday.
The qualification competitions will follow a one-round league system, where the top-placed team from each of the 11 groups secures a spot in the finals. Additionally, the four best second-placed teams will join the host team, Qatar, for the tournament.
