The Fund for the Care and Rehabilitation of the Disabled announced the transfer of the second batch of educational aid for persons with disabilities for the year 2022-2023 AD in the amount of 161 million and 240 thousand riyals, for 1,389 male and female students.
The Executive Director of the Fund, Ali Mughli, explained to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that this payment belongs to the beneficiaries of male and female students with disabilities from all provinces at various educational levels, it was transferred through the General Postal Authority and its branches in the provinces, and through another ATM for students with disabilities in Taiz.
He pointed out that remittances were disbursed to students with disabilities located in areas outside the authority of the Supreme Political Council, and were disbursed in foreign currency in order to receive the full amount due.
It is noteworthy that the rest of the names that were not included in this stage will be addressed in future stages, once the financial capabilities of the Fund are available.
