The Governor of Lahj, Ahmed Hammoud Juraib, warned of the danger of identifying with the American-British presence in the occupied southern provinces, especially Hadramaut and Al-Mahra.
Governor Juraib explained in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the foreign presence in the southern and eastern governorates, by deploying American soldiers in the lands of Hadhramaut, Shabwa and Socotra, comes within the framework of America, Britain and France’s efforts to prolong the aggression and the continuation of the state of war and chaos in Yemen, this facilitates the invading forces’ criminal violations against Yemen’s land and people and the plundering of its wealth and resources.
He stressed that the Yemenis in general and the people of the southern provinces in particular reject the presence of any foreign forces on any inch of their country... stressing that the invading forces will be the target of targeting the Yemeni armed forces throughout and on the coasts of Yemen.
The Governor of Lahj praised the national role of the free people of the southern and eastern governorates against the American-British presence... praising the wisdom of the leader of the revolution, Mr. Abdul Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi al-Mashat, and their support for the free people of the southeastern governorates in defeating the occupiers and invaders.
He also stressed the need to strengthen alignment and cohesion to defend land and honor and protect Yemeni sovereignty from the dangers it faces due to the continued presence of the occupier in Yemeni lands.
Governor Juraib called on all Yemenis to triumph over their honorable and ancient history in confronting invaders and occupiers and to continue their struggle to defeat the invading forces with the possible and available capabilities and means and not to allow the desecration of Yemeni land, which will be their graveyard as it was before.
