Ajloun:The Public Security Directorate (PSD) has provided clarification regarding reports of a gunshot directed at a security patrol in the Ajloun governorate. The incident occurred on Monday morning when members of the patrol reportedly heard gunfire as vehicles were passing by.
According to Jordan News Agency, no injuries or material damage resulted from the incident. Authorities have circulated the vehicle's description involved in the incident, successfully locating and seizing it. An investigation has been initiated with the driver of the vehicle.
The PSD spokesperson noted that a search of the vehicle was conducted, and forensic samples were collected and sent to the crime laboratory. The investigation aims to determine whether firearms were discharged from inside the vehicle.
