Karak:Amman His Majesty King Abdullah II announced on Monday that security forces have successfully tracked down and captured the terrorists responsible for the attack in Karak, pursuing them to their hideouts. He emphasized that anyone promoting divisive ideologies within the Kingdom will be held fully accountable under the law.
According to Jordan News Agency, the declaration came after the apprehension of three suspects involved in the attack on Hmoud church. His Majesty expressed on the social media platform X that the terrorists would not evade punishment. He reiterated that justice will prevail for anyone attempting to destabilize Jordan through divisive ideologies.
In his message, King Abdullah also extended his condolences and prayers, saying, "May Allah bestow mercy upon the martyrs, grant a full recovery to the injured, and safeguard our homeland and citizens from all harm."
