Accra:The Social Security Corporation (SSC) has introduced a series of new interactive digital services via its mobile application to improve engagement with beneficiaries and expedite the handling of complaints.
According to Jordan News Agency, the application now includes a "Swift Response to Complaints" service and a public portal for citizen suggestions, operating under the slogan "Your Voice Is Heard, Your Idea Makes a Difference." This tool allows insured members, retirees, corporate entities, and businesses to submit complaints directly through the app, track their status in real-time, and receive timely feedback, thus removing the need for in-person visits or third-party involvement.
The SSC also highlights that its proposals portal enables citizens to contribute to the enhancement of institutional procedures. All suggestions will be assessed by technical committees to integrate feasible ideas into operational strategies.
SSC Spokesperson and Assistant Director-General for Insurance Shaman Al-Majali remarked that this initiative is part of the Corporation's digital transformation strategy, focusing on placing service beneficiaries at the center of administrative priorities. Al-Majali encouraged users to leverage the updated app, as their feedback will be used as actionable data for ongoing improvements.
