KHCF and Microfund for Women Collaborate to Enhance Health Protection

Baku:The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) and the Microfund for Women (MFW) have entered into a partnership to promote social solidarity and broaden access to health protection services.

According to Jordan News Agency, the new agreement facilitates enrollment in KHCF's "Ta'meen Ri'aya" (Care Insurance) program by allowing subscribers to pay annual fees in installments with 0% interest. This arrangement is expected to make the program more accessible to a wider audience.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Nisreen Qatamesh, Director General of KHCF, described the partnership as an effective model of integration between KHCF and national institutions. She emphasized that this collaboration is aimed at strengthening health protection and expanding access to the program, thereby turning institutional cooperation into tangible impact. The initiative also seeks to raise public awareness about preparing for the health and financial challenges posed by cancer.

MFW CEO Maha Saeed highlighted the company's commitment to social and humanitarian responsibilities. She noted that financial barriers should not hinder access to preventive and medical care, which is why MFW offers financing for Care Insurance premiums at no interest. This financing option allows subscription fees to be spread into installments for those seeking treatment at the King Hussein Cancer Center.

KHCF will provide the necessary support to ensure the smooth implementation and efficient delivery of exclusive treatments to patients at the center.
