Fajr Company and Crown Prince Foundation Collaborate on Youth Leadership Programs

Amman:The Jordanian Egyptian Fajr for Natural Gas Transmission and Supply Company has entered into a partnership with the Crown Prince Foundation (CPF) to enhance leadership training for Jordanian youth. This collaboration, under the "Khutaa Al Hussein" (Al Hussein's Footsteps) initiative, aims to bolster the leadership skills of young Jordanians, equipping them to face future challenges and contribute to community development.

According to Jordan News Agency, the agreement was formalized by Fajr's Chief Executive Officer Yasser Salah El Din and CPF's Executive Director Tamam Mango. The initiative will focus on designing and implementing specialized training programs that promote leadership, public service, and critical thinking among the youth.

The yearlong Khutaa Al Hussein initiative will offer training sessions and practical experiences to help participants understand themselves and their communities better, encouraging them to identify challenges and create solutions. The program also aims to instill a culture of continuous learning and collective responsibility.

Salah El Din emphasized Fajr's commitment to investing in human capital as part of their support for Jordan's energy sector. He highlighted the importance of empowering youth through education and skills-building to foster development. The agreement is seen as a step toward establishing long-term partnerships that provide sustainable benefits to young people and their communities.

The CPF stated that investing in youth is crucial for Jordan's future, extending beyond practical skills to include fostering a mindset that links personal growth with social responsibility. The foundation aims to encourage youth to address challenges from a broad perspective, collaborate on solutions, and drive positive community changes.

Fajr, a key player in Jordan's natural gas network since 2003, supports initiatives in education, national talent development, and youth empowerment, in addition to its energy sector contributions.
