Amman:Zain Jordan and the LOYAC Foundation have renewed their cooperation agreement to launch the second edition of the "Mustaqbalak Zain" (Your Future Is Zain) training program. This initiative aims to enhance the skills and employability of young national talent through practical training opportunities.
According to Jordan News Agency, the program is part of Zain's strategy to invest in youth by providing them with hands-on experience and specialized knowledge. The first edition of the program was highly successful, with an employment rate of 97.2 percent among its graduates.
The second edition of the program offers 30 training opportunities in two phases, encompassing both theoretical and practical training. Participants will engage in sessions that address labor market requirements, life and professional skills, time management, handling pressure, and applications of artificial intelligence. Additionally, the program includes 16 volunteer hours under LOYAC's "Volunteering Is My Happiness" initiative.
Targeting university students and recent graduates in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, including students with disabilities, the program is designed to equip them with the necessary skills and experience to embark on their professional journeys. It aims to help participants develop personal and professional competencies, gain insight into workplace demands, and prepare for future professional challenges.
