Amman:A mild, humid air mass is expected to bring cooler conditions across Jordan on Tuesday, with temperatures forecasted to drop 3-4 degrees Celsius below seasonal averages. Light rain may occur in the far north, as reported by the Jordan Meteorological Department.
According to Jordan News Agency, pleasant weather is anticipated across most regions during the day, with clouds at varying altitudes, especially over northern and central areas. However, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba will experience relatively hot conditions.
Light showers could occur in the far north during the morning, while moderate westerly winds are predicted to become active at times, potentially raising dust in parts of the Badia.
In terms of temperatures, East Amman and the plains are expected to reach 26 C, while West Amman will see 24 C. The northern highlands will experience 22 C, and the Sharah highlands will have 23 C. The Badia will record a high of 31 C, contrasting with 34 C in the northern Jordan Valley, 36 C in the southern Jordan Valley and Aqaba, and 35 C at the Dead Sea.
The cooler weather pattern is set to continue on Wednesday, bringing pleasant conditions across most regions with low clouds throughout the day. Moderate northwesterly winds will occasionally become active.
Temperatures are predicted to decrease slightly on Thursday, maintaining pleasant conditions across much of the country. Clouds at varying altitudes are expected, while the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba will remain relatively hot.
On Friday, little change is anticipated, although winds will shift from southwesterly to westerly and may become active at times.
