Amman: A medical delegation from the Kuwaiti Specialized Hospital in the Gaza Strip visited the Jordanian Field Hospital south of Gaza to review its medical operations and explore ways to strengthen cooperation and exchange expertise between medical staff.
According to Jordan News Agency, the delegation received a briefing from the hospital's commanding officer on its operations, patient intake procedures, and the medical and treatment services provided by nursing staff and allied health professions. The briefing also covered the measures in place to ensure care within available resources.
The delegation toured the hospital's departments, reviewing patient intake procedures, treatment stages, and protocols for handling medical cases and injuries. They praised the Jordanian Field Hospital's role in providing medical services to Gaza residents and commended Jordan's efforts to support its Palestinian brethren and ease their suffering amid difficult humanitarian and health conditions.
