Jordan to Host Arab Ministerial Meeting to Address Israeli Policies

Amman: Jordan will host a crucial meeting on Wednesday involving foreign ministers from Arab states and other key nations to address the ongoing Israeli policies in occupied Jerusalem. This significant gathering is part of the efforts of the Arab Ministerial Committee, which is dedicated to taking international action against illegal Israeli policies and measures affecting the region. According to Union of OIC News Agencies, the meeting will be attended by the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States and the foreign ministers of Indonesia, Pakistan, Turkey, and Malaysia. The primary focus will be on addressing the situation in Jerusalem and its holy sites, both Islamic and Christian, with the aim of forming a united stance against Israeli measures viewed as targeting the identity of these sites. The committee's membership comprises Jordan, Tunisia, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Iraq, Palestine, Qatar, Egypt, Morocco, and the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States. The agenda is set to concen trate on formulating strategies to counter the escalating Israeli actions that have drawn widespread concern among the participating nations.
