Ajloun Summer Festival Extended Due to High Attendance

Amman: The third Ajloun Summer Festival, held at the Ajloun Cable Car site, has been extended until Saturday, August 8, following substantial attendance.

According to Jordan News Agency, the decision to extend the festival is motivated by the large crowds it has attracted, which have flocked to enjoy a diverse mix of entertainment, cultural activities, and shopping venues.

The JFDZ's statement, released on Sunday, highlighted the festival's ability to draw significant numbers of visitors, offering them a unique experience. The festival features an integrated market that showcases the talents of local entrepreneurs, artisan families, and craftspeople from across the region. Visitors have the opportunity to purchase traditional handicrafts, popular local foods, rural goods, natural herbs, honey, and olive products, all reflecting Ajloun's heritage.

The extension aims to provide more visitors with the opportunity to enjoy the festival while also supporting local vendors. By prolonging the event, JFDZG hopes to stimulate economic and tourism development across the Ajloun governorate.
