Amman: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs, Ayman Safadi, held a telephone call Thursday with Venezuelan Foreign Minister Yvan Gil, affirming Jordan's solidarity with Venezuela following two devastating earthquakes.
According to Jordan News Agency, Safadi conveyed His Majesty King Abdullah II's condolences to Acting Venezuelan President Delcy Rodriguez and to the Venezuelan government and people over the victims, as well as His Majesty's wishes for the injured to make a swift recovery.
He also affirmed Jordan's readiness, under Royal directives, to provide all possible assistance.
