Red Crescent Provides Comprehensive Care for Injured Gaza Children in Jordan

Amman: The Jordan National Red Crescent Society (JNRCS) announced on Wednesday that injured children from Gaza are receiving quality treatment and prosthetic care at its hospital.

According to Jordan News Agency, the children and their families are hosted in Jordan under an integrated care program that provides full medical, humanitarian, and social support to ensure dignified conditions throughout their treatment and rehabilitation. The JNRCS emphasized that their services extend beyond medical treatment to include surgical procedures, rehabilitation, and prosthetic fitting. Psychological and social support is provided for both patients and their families, ensuring a holistic approach to their care.

Moreover, the program includes recreational activities, outings, and celebrations of birthdays and special occasions to uplift the spirits of the children. Patients and their companions are provided with hygiene supplies, essential items, a JD50 shopping card for clothing and necessities, as well as three daily meals during their stay, as outlined by the JNRCS.
