Amman: Eighteen people were killed and 28 others injured on Saturday afternoon in Israeli airstrikes targeting areas in southern Lebanon, according to a Lebanese security source.
According to Jordan News Agency, the source said Israeli warplanes carried out a series of raids across the south, while Israeli artillery shelled the Nabatieh al-Fawqa area with incendiary phosphorus rounds.
