Crown Prince Explores Investment Opportunities at Playground Global Headquarters

California: His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II on Tuesday visited Playground Global in California, an early-stage venture capital firm that invests in technology start-ups.

According to Jordan News Agency, the Crown Prince discussed potential cooperation and investment opportunities for the company in Jordan, highlighting the advantages of investing in the Kingdom and the role of the National Council for Future Technology in supporting the establishment of high-tech projects. His Royal Highness emphasized that Jordan has produced outstanding talent in the technology sector and is working to develop educational curricula in line with advancements in this sector. This effort is contributing to strengthening the Kingdom's standing, broadening opportunities for young people, and leading to innovative technological solutions.

Discussions during the visit also focused on the potential for developing advanced technical talent in Jordan in the fields of semiconductors, quantum computing, robotics, and bioengineering. The Crown Prince was shown examples of the robotics technology applications developed at Playground Global's headquarters, as well as models created using 3D printing technology.

His Royal Highness was accompanied by Jordan's Ambassador to the United States Dina Kawar and Director of the Office of the Crown Prince Zaid Baqain during the visit.
