21-Karat Gold Price Stands at JD88 in Local Market

Amman: The selling price of a gram of 21-karat gold, the most popular among citizens in the local market, reached JD88 at jewelry shops on Monday for selling purposes, compared with JD83.6 for purchases.

According to Jordan News Agency, the bulletin issued by the General Syndicate of Owners of Jewelry and Goldsmith Shops indicated that the selling prices per gram of 24-karat and 18-karat gold stood at JD101 and JD77.5 respectively.

This pricing update reflects the current trends in the local gold market, where 21-karat gold remains the preferred choice among buyers. The changing prices are closely monitored by both consumers and traders, as gold continues to be a significant form of investment and a popular commodity in the region.
