Amman: Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs Ayman Safadi held a telephone call on Wednesday with Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Shaibani to discuss ways to enhance cooperation and regional developments.
According to Jordan News Agency, Safadi and Shaibani discussed the continued progress in Jordanian-Syrian relations across various fields, reflecting the deep-rooted ties between the two countries and their shared commitment to strengthening cooperation.
The top diplomats discussed efforts to de-escalate tensions in the region, restore calm, and address the root causes of instability to achieve lasting security and stability.
