JFDZG Attracts Over 50,000 Visitors to Dead Sea and Ajloun Cable Car During Eid Al-Adha

Amman: The Jordan Free and Development Zones Group (JFDZG) successfully hosted over 50,000 visitors during the Eid Al-Adha holiday weekend, marking a significant influx at the Dead Sea Corniche, Dead Sea Public Beach, and Ajloun Cable Car. The three-day event drew a total of 50,342 visitors, highlighting the appeal of these locations as prime leisure destinations.

According to Jordan News Agency, the Dead Sea Corniche and Public Beach alone attracted nearly 40,000 visitors, while the Ajloun Cable Car registered 10,342 passengers. This turnout reflects the strategic success of JFDZG's hospitality projects, which have been increasingly popular among both domestic families and regional tourists during major holidays.

The Dead Sea Corniche offered a variety of community-centered activities, such as interactive photography booths, street food kiosks, children's workshops, and face-painting stations. These were complemented by a schedule of theatrical and live arts performances.

Musical acts on the opening day included the Naya Musical Band, Hamdi Al-Manaseer, and Saad Abu Tayeh. On the second day, the lineup featured Najem Al-Salman, Yahya Sweis, and Issa Al-Saqqar, enhanced by live DJ performances and interactive segments for the audience at the Dead Sea promenade.

In the northern highlands, visitors to the Ajloun Cable Car enjoyed panoramic views of the forest, coupled with art and leisure activities organized throughout the holiday. JFDZG personnel ensured optimized crowd management and hospitality services during the event.

JFDZG confirmed that its Eid Al-Adha festival activities will continue in the following days. This aligns with the Group's broader vision to enhance domestic tourism, improve service delivery, and provide comprehensive leisure experiences for families across Jordan's governorates.
