Jordan Condemns Attack Outside California Mosque

Amman: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates on Monday condemned the attack that occurred outside a mosque in San Diego, California. Ministry spokesperson Fouad Majali reaffirmed Jordan's solidarity with the United States and reiterated the Kingdom's rejection of all forms of violence, hatred and attacks targeting places of worship. Majali expressed condolences to the government and people of the United States over the victims of the attack.

According to Jordan News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized the importance of international cooperation in combating violence and ensuring the safety of places of worship. The spokesperson underscored that such acts of aggression are unacceptable and undermine efforts to promote peace and coexistence among different communities. The statement also highlighted Jordan's commitment to working with global partners to address the root causes of violence and extremism.
