Amman: Chief of the Joint Staff, Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti, on Thursday honored the principal of Martyr Faisal II College School, affiliated with the Directorate of Military Education and Culture, the supervising teacher, and a number of students, in recognition of their first-place win in the 2026 Nuclear Science Competition.
According to Jordan News Agency, the competition was part of the National Nuclear Science Exhibition 2026, held under the auspices of the Minister of Education and Higher Education and the Chairman of the Jordan Atomic Energy Commission. The event highlighted the achievements of students from military culture schools in the fields of academic, scientific, and technical training.
During the honoring ceremony, Maj. Gen. Huneiti remarked that this accomplishment demonstrates the level of competence and ability of the students to excel in national scientific forums. He emphasized the importance placed by the Jordan Armed Forces (JAF)-Arab Army on developing a generation equipped with knowledge, discipline, and the capability to adapt to modern scientific and technological advancements.
Maj. Gen. Huneiti also praised the efforts of the educational and administrative staff who played a crucial role in nurturing the students' scientific and intellectual skills. He highlighted their contributions to fostering values of excellence, allegiance, and national responsibility among the students.
