Amman: Minister of Government Communication, Dr. Mohammad Momani, met with the Chairman of the Jordanian Charity Medicine Bank (JCMB), Dr. Ashraf Kilani, to discuss ways to enhance joint cooperation and partnership. During the meeting, Momani praised the JCMB's humanitarian and voluntary role in supporting national efforts aimed at improving the level of health services provided to underprivileged groups.
According to Jordan News Agency, Momani, who is also the Government Spokesperson, emphasized the importance of the bank's role in various regions of the Kingdom, commending its humanitarian initiatives, which contribute to delivering medicine to needy groups "efficiently and sustainably." He acknowledged the voluntary efforts of the bank's administration, stating that volunteer work represents the "highest value of genuine citizenship, constitutes a fundamental pillar in strengthening social solidarity and serving the community, and contributes to consolidating the charity values."
In turn, Dr. Ashraf Kilani reviewed the bank's current key programs and projects, emphasizing its commitment to expanding its services and strengthening its partnerships with various public and private institutions, which would achieve its goals of enhancing drug-related security in Jordan.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed mechanisms to boost future cooperation to support humanitarian initiatives and strengthen joint efforts, in line with His Majesty's directives and vision.
