Amman: The Al Hussein Society - Jordan Centre for Training and Inclusion convened its annual General Assembly meeting in Amman, resulting in the election of a new Board of Directors for the forthcoming term, with Her Royal Highness Princess Aisha bint Al Hussein at the helm.
According to Jordan News Agency, the meeting was conducted last week, adhering to the directives set forth by the Ministry of Social Development (MoSD) and the Society's bylaws. This gathering emphasized the Society's dedication to maintaining good governance, transparency, and institutional accountability. Princess Aisha was invited to lead the Board, a role she accepted, underscoring her ongoing commitment to fostering comprehensive development and enhancing social impact in Jordan, with a particular focus on the full inclusion of persons with disabilities.
The Society highlighted its ambition to broaden its national influence, fortify strategic partnerships, and improve the quality and accessibility of its programmes and services throughout all governorates of the Kingdom.
