Israeli Airstrikes in South Lebanon Result in Fatalities Among Journalists and Soldiers

Jezzine: At least two Lebanese journalists lost their lives, and several others were injured on Saturday in an Israeli airstrike targeting a vehicle in the city of Jezzine, located in southern Lebanon. A Lebanese source reported that ambulance crews promptly transported the wounded to nearby hospitals for medical attention, as the Israeli military continued its operations in other southern regions.

According to Jordan News Agency, a Lebanese army soldier was also killed due to an airstrike in the Deir Zahrani area within the Nabatieh district. In a related incident, another air raid targeted a Health Authority vehicle on the Qaqait al-Jisr road in Nabatieh, resulting in multiple injuries. The affected individuals were rushed to nearby hospitals for treatment.

Additionally, injuries were reported following an Israeli aircraft's attack on an ambulance that was transporting wounded individuals from an earlier airstrike in the village of Kufr Sir. The ongoing conflict has led to heightened tensions and increased casualties in the region.
